Our history
Inspired by tragedy, Debo was founded in August of 2025, nearly 2 years after Uncle Dan Bachi, affectionatly known to his family as "Debo", passed away suddenly without warning. He ran 5 miles on Saturday and 5 Miles on Sunday. Dan appeared to be in good health but he was taken from us a few days later. His death could have been prevented. Debo is our best effort to prevent this from happening to others by empowering providers and patients with AI super powers!
Why Debo is a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC)
Most companies are set up to serve one purpose: maximize profit for shareholders. A Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) is different. By law, a PBC must balance making money with creating a positive impact on society.
